After many of us have experienced home-working, with constant video calls and trying to manage our brands and paperwork away from our normal facilities, we can all agree that technology is vital to our day-to-day work life.
But not all tech is equal. At docs24, we believe technology should be time-saving and straight forward. That means we aim to build a close relationship with each business we support, so we can tailor our technology services to their needs.
We’ve worked closely with Howdens Joinery for over 7 years and have developed a solid relationship with them. Howdens are the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, with over 700 depots providing kitchens, doors, flooring, hardware and much more to many homes across the country.
In 2020, we provided marketing materials to over 70 Howdens depots, many of which utilised our data upload service, saving them valuable time. This service allows us to securely use our client’s data to digitally address and stamp flyers and envelopes. Prior to using docs24, Howdens employees were individually addressing each flyer or envelope to mail out. But now, by making use of our expertise in process efficiency and technology, our designers and account executives are able to work in tandem to produce materials and send them directly to their customers’ doorsteps. This has saved Howdens thousands of employee hours, returning the time back to the depots so they could spend more time interacting with their customers and making sales.
During the challenges we have all faced over the past year, it has been refreshing to have maintained such an important relationship with our long-standing client and use our tech to make their lives easier. Being passionate about our customers’ work and valuing the relationship with them is so important to us and we’re always looking for new ways to help them gain precious time back.
We are really looking forward to the years ahead, working and growing together with Howdens.
