In January, our CEO, Jim, and Global Account Director, Paul, travelled to the US to visit our US office.

Our goals for 2022 includes growing our US team to better support our ever-expanding US-based clients. We’re also working on bringing in new clients who would benefit from our wide-ranging services; be that marketing, brand management, document management or project management.

During their 2 week trip, Jim and Paul met with some of our current US team to discuss how we can achieve our goals. They were able to hold meetings in the amazing Ponce City Market building in Atlanta. And met with some prospective clients during their trip.

After such a successful visit it’s clear docs24’s future in the US is very exciting!

What are we offering to our US clients?

Our mission is to reduce time-consuming and cumbersome admin processes by providing superior document technology capabilities and developing exceptional solutions. For us, this means not only offering one amazing service but offering packages that mean different admin processes are managed in one easy to use, easy to access place.

Our key services include: 

Brand and document management – Our online client-branded platforms, bespoke to our clients’ requirements, allows users to make adjustments to documents. They can do this without losing any key branding AND order them for print or digital use.

Vendor management – We have built a network of vendors. These vendors provide printed and digital documents, language translation and any other part of a process that is a client time drain.

Project Management – Our expertise in managing relationships with vendors and clients as well as our experience in creating effective processes mean that we are well equipped to help our clients manage their projects, regardless of how small or how complicated they might be.
