Our Year In Review: 2024
2024 has been a year of fantastic growth for docs24. While it’s important to look to the future, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our team’s accomplishments in the last year.
This year, we reached some exciting new key metrics: 725+, 9,000+, and 75+. We have now provided our clinical document management solutions to over 725 clinical trials, throughout 9,000+ sites, across more than 75 countries. That’s immense growth in every metric from the previous year’s numbers!
Throughout 2024, our life sciences sector client base has tripled in size. We have developed strong new working relationships with more of the world’s largest CROs and Sponsors, and we look forward to continuing to support all of our clients in their life-saving work to bring new medicines and therapies to the world throughout 2025.
Our team saw some significant changes this year, with two new additions. We welcomed our marketing executive, Bayli, in January and our newest artworking team member, Kyle, in September. We announced our Global Advisory Board in March and welcomed board members Jeff Thomis, Elizabeth Theophille, and Barry Lake to the docs24 team. They have provided incredible insight and guidance throughout the year, contributing to 2024’s many successes.
In June, we said goodbye to our office in Haymarket and moved into a larger space in South Gyle. With double the square footage, we have plenty of room for our growing team! We’ve recently wrapped up our second charity initiative of the year, supporting our new Southwest Edinburgh community through a donation of items to a local food bank through Community One Stop Shop (COSS). Giving back to the community remains a strong value of ours and we have expanded our reach this year through the development of new ‘giving back’ initiatives, including two charity donation drives and the delivery of student lectures by CEO, Jim Rae.
Our commitment to sustainability remains strong as we proudly released two documents that will continue to shape our environmental approach to clinical document management. Our Sustainability Report provided our initial environmental impact framework and our Sustainability Action Plan details our commitment to measurable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, outlining our path to carbon reduction and sustainable resource management.
With the development of 5 new products and deliverables this year, we still have some big announcements planned in 2025 for even more solutions that will add further value to our clients throughout the clinical document management lifecycle.
We’ve seen several big successes in 2024 and we are proud of what our team has accomplished throughout the year. We know this theme of ‘growth’ will continue through 2025 and we are incredibly excited to continue serving our clients with innovative clinical document management solutions.
